It is clean and has all the right amenities and services (cold plunge, sauna, equipment, and staff). The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is that it is always under some form of construction, a lot of which seems to be aesthetic and not necessary. I’ve been a member for about a year now, and it’s such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere and community. It’s genuinely a place I look forward to working out at. I’ve also been training with Nevenka for the past year and have to give her the biggest shoutout! She is truly the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and thoughtful with every workout. I’ve gotten so much stronger and more confident since training with her, and she has made such a positive impact on my fitness journey. So grateful I found Recess and especially Nevenka. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
