Absolutely love Recess! I’ve been a member for about a year now, and it’s such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere and community. It’s genuinely a place I look forward to working out at. I’ve also been training with Nevenka for the past year and have to give her the biggest shoutout! She is truly the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and thoughtful with every workout. I’ve gotten so much stronger and more confident since training with her, and she has made such a positive impact on my fitness journey. So grateful I found Recess and especially Nevenka. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I was actually blown away with how much I like it. I’ve known the space for years as a long time ago I went to the 24 hr fitness here. I had low expectations of how the space would be used but it’s incredibly thoughtfully laid out with any piece of equipment you could think of for the space they have. I will say it seems to get a bit crowded during peak times but what’s amazing is everyone there is so kind and is totally receptive to you asking them when they’re done, etc so it feels like everyone is working together. Everyone is also no nonsense, motivated and focused on getting the workout and getting out. A high percentage of people on great shape, which is also motivating to get the best workout, great feel, look and vibe.

Beautiful gym! Staff is incredibly friendly, gym is always clean and organized, and the view is unmatched. Whether you're a avid gymgoer, or just a casual lifter, this gym has everything you could want or need. Definitely recommend!!!
