BOARDING SCHOOL
Boarding School is similar to Pilates but utilizes a Heroboard which is the smoothest, strongest, and most stable moving exercise platform on the market. This full body workout is 45 minutes long and will consist of challenging functional movements that focus on improving balance, mobility, flexibility, and core strength. Let’s get COREDinated!

DROPOUT
Lower Body Leg Day!
Expect to Master One Compound Lift with complimentary torching movements that attack your
1.) Glutes 2.) Hamstrings 3.) Quads 4.) Calves
Either for Heavy Weight or High Reps
High repetition training:
Uses a higher number of repetitions with moderate weight to induce muscle fatigue and the “pumped” sensation.
Compound exercises:
Often incorporates compound exercises like squats and lunges that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
Muscle endurance focus:
Besides strength gains, a lower body pump also builds muscle endurance by pushing the muscles to work for extended period

SCHOOL OF ROCK
This High Intensity training is designed to stimulate muscle growth no matter your fitness level. Function like a hybrid athlete with Upper body focused repetition training, this HIIT will make you work your cardiovascular and initiate upper body muscle fatigue, to start your foundation for our upper body strength classes! Come sculpt your upper body with Recess!

GROUNDED
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system.

FIRE DRILL
Dynamic Leg Day Pump.
Experience lower body focused power training that focuses on the all lower body extremities. Pull sleds, Landmine blast, weighted plyometric training! Running Outside And High repetition training

Force production strength training is brought to you by Dallas’s super team. Expect to learn how to lift, push, and pull and have the opportunity to break through the glass ceiling and move those heavy obstacles aside! Our Coach will set the rhythm and communicate you through plyometrics, compound movements, and dynamic cardio movements. We will put you an athletic position, to become an elite human. Welcome to Force Production Class 101 ! Expect to run outside, learning to make explosive movements and maintain the movements for the entire class interval. We move in a rhythm in each individual team. Three teams are created and we elevate. Remembering whatever is trying to bring you down is already beneath you.

EXPELLED

Full Body Enlightenment of Athletic Conditioning. Class consists of breathing technique opportunities, compound movements, and intense cardio. We adapt a concept of athlete training, set the rhythm of movements to an exact science and then master the technique to our highest intensity. The future isn’t tomorrow it’s in the next 5 seconds.

Dallas’s super team has brought you power yoga. A dynamic and intense class designed to challenge both the body and the mind. Combining strength-building postures, deep stretches, and high-intensity movement, this class is ideal for those seeking to build endurance, flexibility, and mental focus. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or looking to take your practice to the next level, this session will push you beyond your limits and help you achieve a new level of physical and mental strength.

FINAL EXAM
Recess Strength Club. Mastering your heaviest lift. Brought to you by Dallas’s super team. Our Super Star Trainer Anthony Thillet has hit the second floor. Here we will compete and break through places you never thought you could go. By mastering one compound movement accompanied by eccentric movements, we will thrive in Strength and Conditioning, to always keep the blood flow to all time heights.

DISMISSAL
Emphasizes primal movements, sculpting, mobility, kettle bell training, and Threshold Conditioning. Low impact, body weight movements that will leave you upper body and lower body fatigued, with minimal weight bearing down on your ligaments and muscles.
