In Hyrox Class It will Be a HIIT infused Hyrox group fitness conditioning building block. Not only do we master the obstacles that make Hyrox what it is today, but we will build the muscular groups that will make you thrive in those obstacles. Let’s compete in class as we will compete out there on the big day. Run, push, pull, jump, repeat.

BOARDING SCHOOL

DROPOUT
Lower Body focused class designed to build strength and muscle through compound movements. We utilize all kinds of different equipment and you’re guaranteed to get those glutes burning. Moderate to High Intensity.

ISS
Full Body Workout that will test your boundaries. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, and plyometrics that is accessible for all levels. This class will safely test your limits and help you reach a level that you didn’t know was possible. If you want to feel and look your best, you need to train with the best!

SCHOOL OF ROCK
Sculpt and strengthen your Upper Body like never before. This HIT class combines the art of slow, controlled movements with the stimulus of heavier weights. This High Intensity training is designed to stimulate muscle growth no matter your fitness level.

DETENTION
Full Body Enlightenment of Athletic Conditioning. Class consists of breathing technique opportunities, compound movements, and intense cardio. We adapt a concept of athlete training, set the rhythm of movements to an exact science and then master the technique to our highest intensity. The future isn’t tomorrow it’s in the next 5 seconds.
When: Every Saturday

GROUNDED
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system.
When: Every Tuesday and Sunday
Class Times: Tuesdays – 7 pm and Sundays 11 am

STUDY HALL
Find yourself in a time where we build the fortitude of the mind and the physical force your body has to offer. This Heavy yet endurance training class will promote the body’s longevity. Class Focuses on building the Lower Body Muscle Group while keeping the athlete in a Cardio State. The Calories are on fire, the glutes are torched, and your force is being built from the ground up.

DISMISSAL
Emphasizes primal movements, sculpting, mobility, kettle bell training, and Lactate Threshold Conditioning. Tap into solitude into the earth beneath you and turn your body into a naturally physically fit vessel that will be able to now adapt to life’s challenges and never-ending curves.

SUMMER SCHOOL
Ditch the books. Summer School is all about mastering strength, speed, and stamina through dynamic athletic conditioning. This athletic training and conditioning class is designed to push your limits and sharpen your skills. Combining dynamic strength movements, high-intensity cardio, and functional athletic drills, you’ll improve speed, agility, power, and endurance. Whether you’re looking to build strength, enhance your athletic performance, or train for the rest of your lives!
