As a veteran, lifelong athlete, and certified personal trainer, I bring a performance-driven and longevity-focused approach to fitness. After competing in wrestling, baseball, and basketball growing up in New Jersey, I went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force, where I became a Physical Training Leader and discovered my passion for helping others improve their health and performance.

I’ve trained with elite Strength & Conditioning professionals at the University of Health & Performance (formerly FIT-OPS), where I honed my skills in both practical application and classroom instruction. I hold certifications in nutrition coaching, kettlebell training, and Pain-Free Performance, and I’m always learning—especially in the areas of prehab, rehab, and functional strength—to help my clients move better and feel stronger for life.

Whether you’re a former athlete, weekend warrior, or someone simply looking to feel confident in your body, I provide customized training built on smart movement, injury prevention, and sustainable progress. My mission is to help you build a strong, resilient body that performs well and feels even better.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me traveling (21 countries and counting), exploring outdoors with my pit bull terrier Bella, or enjoying a good slice of pizza back home in Jersey.
