I grew up in the gym — my dad was a trainer, my mom competed in bodybuilding, and I’ve been training and performing at a high level my entire life. I played Division 1 college baseball, and through that, I developed a real appreciation for what it takes to move well, stay strong, and perform consistently.

Now, as a coach, my goal is simple: I want to help people feel good, move better, and perform at their best — whatever that looks like for them. I’m not here to just get you sore or chase aesthetics. I focus on building strong, capable bodies that can move with power, control, and confidence.

Whether you’re an athlete, a former athlete, or just someone ready to train with more purpose, I bring a focused, intentional approach to every session. I’ll meet you where you’re at, challenge you where you need it, and make sure we’re always moving with intent.

You can probably find me in the gym juggling on a BOSU ball, jumping over something, or experimenting with some kind of movement that looks half-circus, half-science. And if I’m not in the gym, I’m likely on the mats training MMA — slowly turning myself into a weapon.
