I grew up playing sports and dancing competitively through high school and college, but my true love for fitness started after working with a personal trainer during my freshman year. At Texas Tech University, I was a lead group fitness instructor, where I discovered how much I loved helping people move, build confidence, and have fun while working out

After graduation, I followed a corporate career path, assuming fitness would remain a passion on the side, until a layoff gave me the clarity to fully pursue personal training. Having spent the past 3 years as an active member of the Recess community, I’ve experienced firsthand the culture, coaching, and impact that make this place special. I’m incredibly excited to begin this next chapter as a personal trainer in a place that already feels like home.

With over 10 years of training experience across multiple disciplines, I believe fitness should be challenging, empowering, and sustainable, not overwhelming. As a certified nutritionist, I also enjoy helping clients understand how to fuel their bodies in a way that supports their goals while improving their relationship with food.

My coaching style focuses on building strong, capable bodies that move well in and out of the gym. I specialize in athletic conditioning, powerlifting, and mobility, while emphasizing a strong foundation built on mastering the fundamentals. If you’re looking for a coach who will push you, support you, and make training something you actually look forward to, I’m your girl!
