As a former scholarship collegiate athlete in both volleyball and track and field, I have spent my whole life surrounded by athletics and fitness. During my collegiate experience, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Initially, it was a struggle to change my training and nutrition to manage this condition, but I took it as a challenge and transformed my training and nutrition from sports performance to aesthetics training, similar to that of a bikini or figure competitor. I have made it my mission to help others overcome the daunting challenges of PCOS and reclaim their bodies and lives. The methods I have learned in this process translate to the less complicated everyday individual looking to lose body fat, lean out, and build muscle.

During my journey to reclaim my life from PCOS, I became a trainer in 2019. I am certified in ISSA personal training, group training, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. Fitness and health have this beautiful connection to the way our bodies move, our mental wellness, and our longevity. I want to help you become successful in achieving your goals that last, for a healthier and stronger version of yourself.
