I’ve always been active, starting with swimming and later taking up running in high school. Fitness has always been a priority, and I meticulously plan my weekly schedule to ensure I make time for workouts. In 2020, with gym closures, I reignited my passion for lifting, focusing on form and strategically programming my workouts, resulting in a significant 30-pound fat loss through improved nutrition. I became certified through NASM, and now, fitness is ingrained in my daily routine. My aim is to inspire dedication and offer support to others in reaching their fitness aspirations.
