Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked in Paris fashion, got my MBA, and spent years in corporate roles in New York. But when I hit a breaking point with my mental health, I decided to pause everything. What followed was a two-year journey of healing, recovery, and rediscovering what it means to take care of myself. And my fitness and my time in the gym played a huge role in that.
Now, I help clients achieve their goals with sustainable, evidence-based methods. Whether you’re building strength, looking to get back into a routine, or simply want that one hour of the day that’s just for you, I’ll meet you there. Together, we’ll create a program that fits your needs, your goals, and your life.
When I’m not in the gym, you can find me gardening, tending to my (very spoiled) 44 indoor plants, or talking about the news like it’s a sport.
