Your Certified Coach

Running Background
I have been passionate about running for over 25 years, both as a competitor and a coach. I am a veteran of World Marathon Majors with numerous Boston Marathon qualifications. Boston is my favorite race, and I’ve been fortunate to run it many times with sub-3 hr performances.
My running journey has also included serving as the Dallas Athlete Ambassador at the Sendai International Half Marathon in Japan, where I represented Dallas as an Athlete Ambassador
Coaching Experience
I am an RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach with experience coaching athletes at every level — from:
– Couch-to-5K beginners – building fitness and confidence step by step
– General aerobic fitness – helping individuals improve cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall well-being through structured, sustainable training
– Hyrox competitors – combining functional strength and endurance training to prepare athletes for the unique demands of hybrid racing
– Boston Marathon qualifiers – refining training with advanced strategies
My approach is highly individualized, tailoring plans to each runner’s or hybrid athlete’s lifestyle, fitness level, and goals.
Coaching Philosophy
I believe in combining science-based training with a positive, flexible approach. My coaching philosophy is built on:
